There are two very straightforward ways to set up your calls on Crikle. Let's start with scheduling a call in advance.

  1. After signing in to your Crikle account, click on the "calls" tab.

2. To schedule your call, click on one of the "schedule a call" buttons.

3. You will then be prompted to fill out the call details, such as title, date and time, and time zone. When you've done that, click "save".

4. You will be automatically redirected to the presentation screen for your call. A pop-up will appear containing the call details you filled out on the previous page.

Here you will also see options of things you can do regarding the call invitation itself, such as "copy call invitation," and "add to calendar". In preparation for the call you can import a sales checklist from your Crikle library, as well as important a presentation to use in your call.

Click "X" to exit this pop-up window.

And voila! Your call has been scheduled.

The second way to host a call on Crikle is by starting a new call, right then and there.

  1. After signing in to your Crikle account, click on the "calls" tab.

2. To start your call, click on the "start a new call" button.

3. You will be automatically redirected to the presentation screen for your call. A pop-up will appear containing the link for the call. Click "X" to exit the pop-up.

4. From the panel on the right hand side of the screen, enter the title of the call. Click "save".

5. You now have the opportunity to add a slide to your presentation or import an existing presentation from your Crikle library, and to add a checklist from your Crikle library.

When you're ready, click the "copy call invitation" link to be able to send the link to your guests.

That's it! You are now waiting for your guests to join you on the call.
