You can connect your Crikle account to a Salesforce, Hubspot or Zoho CRM profile. Below are instructions on how to do so for each of those systems.

Salesforce

  1. Go to settings > calendar and CRM integrations.

  2. Click the 'Connect +' button next to Salesforce.

  3. A pop-up will appear from Salesforce prompting you to login to your profile.

  4. Once you have logged in, you will then be asked to grant Crikle access to your Salesforce account. Click 'allow'.

  5. You will now see in settings > calendar and CRM integrations that your Salesforce profile has been connected to your Crikle account.

Please note: For Salesforce, enterprise level accounts have access to Crikle’s API.
For Professional Edition organisations, all requests for API access must be purchased and can be processed contacting your Account Executive.

Hubspot

  1. Go to settings > calendar and CRM integrations.

  2. Click the 'Connect +' button next to Hubspot.

  3. A pop-up will appear from Hubspot prompting you to login to your profile.

  4. Once you have logged in, you will need to select which Hubspot profile you want to connect to Crikle. To choose a profile, click on the circle on the left of the company name followed by the 'choose account' button.

  5. You will now be prompted to grant Crikle access to your Hubspot account. Click 'connect app'.

  6. Verify you are not a bot by clicking through the prompt.

  7. You will now see in settings > calendar and CRM integrations that your Hubspot profile has been connected to your Crikle account.

Zoho

  1. Go to settings > calendar and CRM integrations.

  2. Next to Zoho, select your region from the drop-down list.

  3. Then click the 'Connect +' button.

  4. A pop-up will appear from Zoho prompting you to login to your profile.

  5. You will now be prompted to grant Crikle access to your Zoho account. Click 'accept'.

  6. You will now see in settings > calendar and CRM integrations that your Zoho profile has been connected to your Crikle account.

Syncing customer details to your CRM

Now when a meeting is over, you can choose to sync your notes, recordings and time stamps to the client's profile in your connected CRM. To do this, go through the following steps:

  1. Click on the round arrow icon on the righthand panel. This will open the CRM sync part of the call interface.

  2. Click the 'add customer' button below the CRM you have connected with Crikle.

  3. Search for the customer's name in your CRM database.

  4. Alternatively, you can create a new contact in your CRM database.

  5. Click 'save' or 'connect' depending on if you followed step 3 or 4 above.

  6. You will now see your customer's name below your CRM of choice in the side panel.

  7. Meeting details will now be synced to their profile in your CRM.
