Make sure your customer is using the most up to date link - if you have created a new link for this meeting, they might be trying to connect through an old one.

If your customer is using Google Mail, the links can sometimes be grouped together. We suggest your customer checks the time on the calendar invite to ensure it corresponds to the meeting you are trying to connect on.
