Syncing customer details to your CRM
When a meeting is over, you can choose to sync your notes, recordings and time stamps to the client's profile in your connected CRM. To do this, go through the following steps:
Click on the round arrow icon on the righthand panel. This will open the CRM sync part of the call interface.
Click the 'add customer' button below the CRM you have connected with Crikle.
Search for the customer's name in your CRM database.
Alternatively, you can create a new contact in your CRM database.
Click 'save' or 'connect' depending on if you followed step 3 or 4 above.
You will now see your customer's name below your CRM of choice in the side panel.
Meeting details will now be synced to their profile in your CRM.
